About Our Rehabilitation Services

Columbia Rehabilitation Clinic offers a full range of quality physical therapy services. We have four convenient locations in Columbia, South Carolina with Two Notch Rd., Irmo Clinics, and Blythewood Physical Therapy open between 8:00am and 6:00pm, and our Sunset Blvd. Clinic open between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our staff consists of licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants who have an average of 25 years of experience in physical therapy. Programs offered, populations served and diagnoses treated at the Columbia Rehabilitation Clinic include:
